So, I went ahead and purchased Adobe CS3 after playing around with stuff like Pixelmator and VectorDesigner and I’m feeling a little bit overwhelmed. I decided to concentrate on Photoshop and Illustrator for the time being. My job paid for a subscription to Lynda.com (they have excellent video tutorials). I’ve also being playing around with PSDTUTS but their tutorials tend assume familiarity with the software.
I should just be patient and go through the Lynda.com tutorials, they really are well-done.
